Can you believe the end of 2021 is almost here? I know, I know. You probably don’t even want to think about it yet! But if you’re already starting to look ahead toward the new year (or you’re still looking for gift ideas for Christmas—no judgment here) I wanted to share a couple things that I think will make the upcoming year your best one ever!
I recently read the best book on goal-setting and time management I’ve ever read, and as you well know, I love sharing book recommendations with all of you. Undoubtedly, you’re on pins and needles…so here it is: Redeeming Your Time by Jordan Raynor.
Most time-management books fall into one of two traps: 1) all inspiration and not enough practical and actionable content or 2) so much information that you’re overwhelmed and end up doing nothing! This book strikes the perfect balance of reminding you of the purpose and significance behind your work and goals, and giving you the best strategy and tools to make them happen.
Your 2022 goals will thank you for reading and implementing it!
While Redeeming Your Time was the best book I read on time-management and goal-setting (probably ever) I read some other great books this year too. Here’s a short list of my must-read’s:
You are the Girl for the Job — Jess Connolly
Women of the Word — Jen Wilkin
Dream Big — Bob Goff
The Artist’s Way — Julia Cameron
The Well-Watered Woman — Gretchen Saffles
Beautiful Resistance —Jon Tyson
The Road Back to You —Ian Morgan Cron
