How to Print your Digital File

If you're wondering how to get the best quality print for your digital downloads, I've got you! Follow the instructions below to get the best, affordable prints every time. And don't forget, if you have your own printer, you're golden! You'll just have to select the paper you like!

Here's your step-by-step print guide:

1) All files contain the JPEG print dimensions for that item. Please make note of the size of your file. All designs from A Beautiful Word Co. are at least 300 dpi and CMYK color mode which will give you the best quality image.

2) Walgreens, Staples, Walmart, FedEx, Kinko's, Costco etc. all offer very affordable printing options. I also highly recommend using a local print shop that can help you make your paper selection and walk you through the process in person!

Sample Printing Instructions (for Staples):

For same-day/in-store 4x6", 5x7", 8x10" or 8.5x11" prints on matte paper:

Select Staples' " copy and print services - color" option.
Select the 110lb. white cover/card stock option for best results.
When picking up your order, be sure to review your prints - if there are any print issues, the staff should be happy to reprint your order for you.
Make sure the "fit content to paper" checkbox is UNCHECKED if you're uploading a file with a print size of less than 8.5"x11"

3) Paper selection--this is a matter of personal choice, but I highly recommend a heavy weight matte paper. Choose a "Fine Art" paper for the best result.

*Please note all of my designs are for personal use only, and should not be used for commercial use or free distribution. Online and personal sharing of these files is not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
